Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I am looking for a Lawyer who is willing to sue a County in Southern Missouri, as well as that county's fire department, and possibly the public defender office. The Case with the Fire dept. is extremely strong, as well as the county, I believe. I was charged with a Class A felony that was finally dropped after almost 3 years, including almost a year in jail, and am a victim of negligence and pain and suffering as well as affecting my college education and family relations. If you are willing and able to pay by the hour, you should able to find several attorneys in your area to bring appropriate suits. But, if you're looking for one to front the costs and work on a continent basis, you might find it very difficult to find many willing. The suits you mention can be expensive. You might do better bringing your suit(s) Pro Se, and merely hire an attorney to help you draft your pleadings.
