Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Is there any legal action I can take against my 6 year old sons school? He has been repeatedly taken to the wrong house after school and left there. He sat once in the cold for over 45 minutes and ended up a stranger picked him up and contacted me that she had him. The schools defense to this is that there are over 130 first graders and only 6 teachers.

If the school disrtict provides bus servcie, then you mihgt be able to file suit agisnt the bus company, and perhaps the school district too. One of hte problems is that it will be hard to quantify your damages.
