Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I have lived next door to a resort for 15 years. Never any problems with noise until last year. They built a drive-in for golf carts where they shows movies, and have karaoke. They built this not 75 yards from my home. The speakers are aimed at my house. We have asked repeatedly for them to move the speakers. The noise is so loud it vibrates our windows. Our county does not have a noise ordinance, only peace disturbance. My home has been devalued by this being built so close. Do I have any kind of case against them?

You have a civil claim for nuisance. Missouri nuisance law provides for damages and injunctive relief if a property owner expands the use of their property in such a way as to interfere with a preexisting neighboring landowner's peaceful enjoyment of their own property. Such a suit would be filed in the Circuit Court in the county where the landowners reside.
