Property sold without consent
My ex-girlfriend and I bought a travel trailer together in 2000. We each put up $2000 for the purchase. The title was in my name only. The trailer and title were kept at her parents house. I did not sign over the title.
Recently, I found out that her parents had sold the trailer, without my knowledge, and it was no longer on their property. I really don't want to get them in legal trouble, but on the other hand, I want to get what is rightfully mine.

If you did not sign the title, the sale is probably voidable.

You should probably contact an attorney to get a matter filed to get the trailer back.
