Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

My son is 21, he left our house back in May of this year. We have no idea where he is , or living. We are now getting all these bills he has incurred apparently since he left , 3 different medical bills for thousands of dollars, he is not on our insurance either so these are all his. He apparently has gotten two different credit card and has racked up hundreds of dollars each. What do I do with these bills? We arent liable are we? Can I put on there return to sender? I am sick over this.. can you help.

You are not liable for his debts. You can use "return to sender", call the creditors or better yet write them to stop all further contact. Send mail certified and keep a copy. If they continue to contact you trying to collect a debt that you do not owe, they are violating the law and I would sue them!!!
