Vehicle air bags

2003 chevy truck in near fatal crash, air bags never deployed, this was a rollover at high speed, is this a case? if so, against whom ?

The answer is a big, "It could be." How serious were the injuries?

There may be a case against GM or the component manufacturer if the airbags should have deployed.

The key is investigation It must be thorough and as quick as possible. Does the truck still exist?

I suppose that the first question I would like answered is, "What are the injuries?" If the injuries would have been prevented or lessened by the airbags inflating properly, assuming the crash was such that the airbags should have inflated, then this might be a case worth looking at.
