fiance in hong kong

Hi, I have a fiance who is a filipina but has been living in Hong Kong for the last 4 years. Is there a different process to apply for a fiance visa? Also, I heard that if I had a working visa in Hong Kong, it would be a faster process to bring her here, is that true?

Hi, I would need to know a little more detail about you and also about your fiance to be able to answer this question more thoroughly.

In general, a K1 fiance(e) visa is available to US citizen who wishes to bring their future spouses to the US for the purpose of marriage, there are various different criteria that must be met and proven. This option is ONLY available to US citizens, not to green card holders.
