Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

Green Card.

I am a green card holder married to a US Citizen. I have a sister who is 21 years old from Morocco, she has just graduated and got her Bachelor degree. I want her to come and stay for good in US, how can she get US residency (green card)? what are the ways she can get it? by the way my daughter she was raised with her till she is 6 years old and now I am bringing my daughter back, my daughter a US citizen by birth, is there a way my daughter can apply for her aunt to stay in US?

Thanks for your help

Re: Green Card.

There are no quick options for her. If she is able to find an employment based option to enter the US, that may work for her. She may also want to enter the diversity lottery if she qualifies. Once you are a US citizen you can file an immigrant visa for her, and I recommend that you do, but it will be many years before she is able to benefit from it. Your daughter would not be able to apply for her aunt, however.

Please contact my office if you have further questions. Thanks.
