Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

My H1-B needs to be extended by October 2010 after having completed the first 3 years. I have seen some information on what needs to be submitted, but what is not clear to me is if we need to redo the LCA application? Also, how long ahead of time would we need to re-apply? I am aiming to apply sometime in April.

Thanks!

Jeroen

Jeroen,

With an H-1B extension, you can apply at the most 6 months prior to the beginning of your extension, so April would be right. Normally, with an extension a Labor Condition Application should be submitted as well.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance. Good luck.

Kind regards,

Jasha
