legal seperation?

My spouse doesn't not have papers yet. We have been married 4 yrs & have a child. We no longer live togther. If we are legally seperated, will he be deported? Child support? Visitation?

There are a few too many factors to give a full and accurate answer. However, if he had a marriage based petition pending, and the marriage is ending before status is granted, that may be problamatic for him. Either he or you may want to set a time for a consultation to get a better idea of what his options are, particularly given the young age of your child.
