Legal Question in Insurance Law in Missouri
My son was injured on-the-job, he works for his brother who doesn't have workman's comp insurance. Is it insurance fraud if we use our personal insurance (my injured son is covered under my personal insurance through my employer)?

It is not fraud, but he first should tell his brother what treatment he needs and if the brother wont provide it, then he can get it on his own. How many employees does the bother have and what kind of business is he in?
