Who owns the copyrights to the KJV Bible? Is it the British Crown through William Collins Son and Company since 1958? Are U.S. citizens able to use the entire KJV as they see sacredly fit?

If you mean the King James version of the Bible, it is in the public domain in the US, having been in existence since the 17th Century.
