Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri

I need desparetly to ask a juvenile judge in oklahoma for a continuance on a case for my son on july 28th in okc. we are currently living in st joseph missouri and i cannot financially afford to make the trip as i just started back to work. i have been unemployed since dec 4th, 2009

You need to ask for an Oklahoma licensed attorney to do this, not Missouri attorneys, which may not be admitted to practice law in Oklahoma. Perhaps if you repost your plea and designate it for Oklahoma, you might have some luck.
