Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri
Hello. Im the parent of a 16 year old girl living in columbia missouri. She will be turning 17 in 4 months. She is dating a 39 year old man who is also from missouri. My question is; IF THEY DO NOT HAVE SEX FOR THE NEXT 4 MONTHS, is their relationship legal? Can i as her parent do anything to prevent this relationship?

Not at this age. It is a crime to have sex with her when she is under 17
