Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

charges pending

my former employer has notified missouri div of employment security that they have filed formal charges against me in 2 counties. Claiming I cashedchecks made out to company and pocketed, made sales and pocketed money, and claim my inventory is off 53,000$....Now, i did cash some checks made to company(which I know is wrong) but i always sent the cash in at end of week with my paperwork. I did write one phoney invoice and pocketed money because they refused to pay me my reimbursent money the last 2 months i was there. And the inventory, was a mess when i started, half my weekly shipments showed items on packing list that wasnt shipped...they had no clue what was all in there when i started. MY question is...how serious is this, am in big trouble?

Re: charges pending

I would be concerned about possible criminal charges more than unemployment compensation. Your post does not clarify what "formal charges"

were filed against you and, as such, it is not possible to answer your question. You will need to be more specific than "am I in big trouble?"
