Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

There was a class action suit filed against Accent Marketing. The suite is for the same reason (IR-issue resolved) I was fired for. I am in the process of trying to get the National Labor Relation Board to look into my issue. I am trying to find out where the suite was filed and by whom so I might be able to join the law suite. The company is in Farmingtom,MO,but the home office is at 400 Missouri Ave,Suite 100, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.

Your timely answer would be greatly appreciatedj

Hi Ms. Asher. I am a Missouri attorney that focuses my practice on injury cases, primarily auto accidents and workers' compensation claims, and employment law issues. Some additional detail would be needed to assess what potential legal options are available to you. A class action is one vehicle for recovery, and may or may not be the exclusive option. There can potentially be various causes of action against multiple parties. In many instances, recovery can be substantially higher in an individual suit, as opposed to joining a class action. In other cases, joining into a class action is the most effective way to maximize any compensation you may be entitled to. Is this a wrongful termination issue or hostile work environment issue? For your convenience, I can be reached via e-mail at [email protected]. Thanks.
