Non-Compete Agreements
I have been working for a dance studio for 6 years and now they want all the teachers to sign a non-compete agreement. This is a part-time position and we are told if we do not sign we will be terminated. Are there any grounds to stand on that this was not presented when I was hired, therefore they cannot terminate if we do not sign the contract.
