Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

Workers rights regarding pay and compensation

I am a flight attendant for an airline based in MO, which went bankrupt yesterday. The company led employees on to believe that we were in ok financial shape. Now we may not get our last 3 paychecks due to us on July 31, August 15, and August 30 which is about 2,700.00 for me, alot for an everyday man like me. Is there anyway to get what I've worked hard for over the last month and a half?

You must pursue your claim for wages in the Bankruptcy Court. Often times claims by employees can be given formal priority or informal priority to other claims. If you would like more information, please contact me. 901.527.5522 or [email protected]
