Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I have been living at my current residence for over three years. My landlord had my water shut off 4 days ago. I am 120 behind in rent. I pay 600 a month for a three bedroom single family home. I never signed a lease when moved in. The water is in landlords name has been the entire time. I have received one rent receipt in 3 years. I have asked numerous times to no avail. We went to get water in my name when first moved in. The needed the landlord's permission before we switched it. I let him know but he never did it. And said he was paying the water. He never gave warning or notice before turning it off. He called water company and lied to them said he was doing it for repairs. When confronted he said it's in his name he can can do whatever he wanted. What do I do.
