Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

If the written lease agreement says there is a right to cancel, then there is one. There is not a standard codified recission period in Missouri, like in some other states. . However, many judges do not enforce claims for rent where the renter cancelled the lease soon after the agreement was made and before taking possession of the premises. Good luck
