Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

Signed tenant lease

My grandfather owns an apartment building in University City and a few days ago he signed a lease with a new tenant. Before he gave him the keys we found out that the guy is a flasher and has had previous prblems with past landords, he also verbally stated he would not keep the place clean and orderly. Is there any way to keep him out, Places for People is helping him and they say they have a lawyer and can forcibly come in and change the locks

Re: Signed tenant lease

You wrote that "Places for People is helping him and they say they have a lawyer and can forcibly come in and change the locks". Who are "they" helping the tenant or your Granfather? Your grandfather should contact an attorney right away. The answer is likely more complex than can be answered on these facts and via email.
