We hired an attorney to handle our bankuptcy last Nov. As of this date he has not filed our bankruptcy, and we are unable to locate him, or if we leave a message, he does not
return our call. He has indicated a problem with ''something'' that required/requires what we his being ''gone'' for a period of 3 weeks. He says it is his fault he needs this, and we assume he has a problem with alcohol or drugs. We don't know where to go with our problem, and we do not have the funds to pay another lawyer.
