Retrieving Personal Belongings
My girlfriend & I broke up over a month ago & I moved out the same day. I took the majority of my stuff, but I left my puppy, my tv, digital camera and some articles of clothing behind. I have tried to meet her at a neutral spot to get my belongings as well as showing up to the apt & she will not give me my things, especially my puppy. I paid $125 for the dog & she claims its hers. What should I do?

Make arrangements with you local police department to have an officer accompany you to the apartment, assuming you still have key.
