military discharge upgrade needed

I was discharged in the year 1975 from the us military

( marines )

i feel that my discharge was incorrect and should have been medical , i had many medical reasons to have this type of discharge which affects my life greatly till this day���..

I know that i was young at the time and was denied my rightful discharge.

I was given an undesirable discharge and need help correcting this so that i may receive the benefits due to me.
