Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I was in an auto accident and it was the other persons fault. We both have the same insurance company. I went to the Chiropractor for 6 months he said He believed he could no longer help me so I went back to my MD and he sent me to PT. The PT helped me I am not 100% but I am no longer in pain all the time. Now the Auto insurance company tells me they are only paying for 6 weeks of the chirpractor and that's it , they believe the rest was unneeded. Please Help!

Treating with a chiropractor for as long as you did can be detrimental to an injury claim. nonetheless, going to your primary care doctor was probably a good move. I know I am biased but you are not going to get anywhere negotiating with the insurance company. you need a lawyer. you can call me at 816-380-3331. even if you don't call me, you should definitely call a personal injury lawyer.

You are entitled to recover all of your medical bills, including the chiropractor's bill, plus all of your lost wages, plus something for pain and suffering. There is nothing wrong with going to a chiropractor.

You can call me at 877-444-1005 and we can discuss your case for free.
