Re: car accident

If you still have pain and your doctor hasn't released you, you would be foolish to settle your case. Likewise, if you are treating for anxiety, you don't know the full extent of your damages. You only get to settle/try your case once, and if new damages develop afterwards, you can't go back for another settlement.

Call me, or another experienced trial attorney to discuss your case in detail. I and most others will advise you free of charge.

Re: car accident

It sounds to me like you really need an attorney. From what you said, it seems to me like it may be too early to settle your case. You still have unresolved issues, and may well need additional treatment. If you've never dealt extensively with an insurance company on a liability claim like this, you really need professional help from a qualified attorney. My office in Springfield, and if you want to make an appointment to see me, I'd be willing to sit down with you and go over the situation in detail, at no charge. Please visit my web site at www.CurranLawFirm.com if you want to contact me.
