I'm not sure if you have injury claims in addition to the property claims. You should be prepared to prove the value of the vehicle with applicable blue book values or estimates of value from a car dealership. If there are injuries involved as well you may want to consider retaining an attorney. Some attorneys (myself included) will take cases based on the amount they can obtain for you over and above any prior offers from the insurance company.
