Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Okay. I've heard that if both parties agree then there can be a fist fight and as long as nothing but a fist fight ensues then no-one is responsible for the other parties hospital bills nor can they sue for assault. Is this true? Also if I make a contract that says the fight will continue until both parties say they are done or until one is unconscious then one of the people lose their tooth or break their nose or something is the other party responsible in anyway.

Someone can make such an agreement, but it will not likley be enforceable in court, unless ther is a recognized sprot body tha tsanctions and eregualtes this type fp foghting liek ther eis for boxing and MMA. The way it seems you want to use this "contract" it as a defesne for one fighter accused of assault or alleged responsble for the debt from injuries sustained by the other. They can use the agreemet of the fight to escape assault charges up to the point wher it appear sthat the injured fighter recants and expresses desire to nto longer agree to the fight. The state can still charge either of both fighters will crimes, despite thier "contract"

If you are nto the fighter, you could do some serious charges for making such a deal. The reosne Michael Vick only got sentenced to five years was because it ws dogs. His deals were much like you describe. He would have gotten at least ten yers for doing a deal like you are describing. You probably cannot afford the legal representation he did, so you would likely get twenty.

Good luck
