if i broke my shoulder in the restroom of a bar,are they responsible?

That depends on how you broke it. If there was a dangerous condition on the property that was not open and obvious (for example, a loose tile that caused you to slip and fall), and if that condition was known to the property owner before your injury, then there is a potential to sue the owner. Generally, slip and fall cases are very difficult to win, and are not worth pursuing unless there are significant damages (normally greater than $50,000).
