Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

wrongful death

my 20 yr old daughter was served alcohol after her shift at her place of employment then took a pain pill for a bad tooth and died from the combination. Do I have a suit against her employer? They knew she was underage. She was beung served Martini's very high alcohol content.

Re: wrongful death

I would think it would be worth your time to get a consultation with a personal injury attorney on this matter. The Dram Shop Act may or may not apply, and the Workers Compensation laws may or may not apply, depending on the facts. I would urge you to see an attorney on this matter as soon as possible.
