Legal Question in Product Liability in Missouri
If i am speending 45 in a 25....can radar guns be used in court or is it initmisable evidence

Of course radar is admissible. A good defense attorney might be able to impeach the evidence if property procedures were not followed during use of radar, but that is unlikely.
