my brother has given his two boys several different hunting and sport rifles thru out there lives for B-day and christmas gifts boys are now 18 and 15 years old there dad has kicked both boys out of the house and has refused to let them take any of the guns with them the 18 year old has purchased 2 guns sence turning 18 and his dad will not left him have them eather what can they do

The eighteen year old is an adult. He could sue his father for the guns.
