Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I made a cash offer on a home and the offer has been accepted. I now feel that this was a rush decision and may not have been a wise decision. Since the contract is in the contingency period, is there a way to rescind the offer

Almost all contracts can be stopped. the party not breaching the deal is to be made whole. In this case, you may lose your earnest money and possibly have to compensate the sellers for any expense they suffered in reliance upon the deal. You should consult directly with a civil practice attorney in your area. Supply them with the documents and information that you could not here. Then, ask them as to how you may undo the deal. The longer you wait, the more you could owe.

Good luck
