Notice to Vacate

I purchased a property on the court house steps. The previous owner had defaulted on her mortgage and filed bankruptcy. I purchased property and served a notice to vacate from the sheriffs office. She has not vacated property yet. What can I do next?

You will need to file and Unlawful Detainer action, if the sale was proper. Any attorney in your area should be able to file such and action for you.
