Will
My home deed has named beneficiaries on it. Must the home also be included in my will?

If you have executed and recorded a Beneficiary Deed, then, no, you should not include that real estate in your Will. The whole point of using a Beneficiary Deed is to allow the property to pass to someone else upon your death without the delay, expense and aggravation of probate.
