Re: driving on a suspended liscense

I would need to know what the charges are to give you an accurate answer. If it is a traffic charge such as driving while suspended or driving without insurance, then you will need an attorney. The money you pay the attorney could actually be less than the fine amount you will pay if you enter a guilty plea. Also, if you plead guilty, you could face losing your license. You should get your bond back after the matter is disposed of. You could use this money to pay the attorney and the fines. I am in your area if you would like to discuss.
