Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Who is liable? 17 year-old owner/driver let a 15 year-old permit driver drive and she ran off the road and hit a fence. Missouri. Who is responsible for the damages?

The parents of the 17 year old and the 15 year old are potentially laibel for the fence damage. The owner of the vehicle can go after the parents of either kid for damage to the vehicle.
