Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

I recently received a traffic citation, but I did NOT sign the citation. Does this mean the citation is not complete, or in error, and therefore I do not have to pay it?

The citation does not need a driver's signature to be valid. You have 3 options: Pay the citation, demand a trial, or hire an attorney to seek a plea agreement. You always have the right to a trial. Do you have a valid defense to the citation? If not, and if you are concerned about the effects of this citation on your driving record, contact an attorney to discuss your options. Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
