Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

Roughly in june i got a speeding ticket and couldnt pay it because at the time i was on unemployment and couldnt afford , I was driving in kansas 12.19.09 and got pulled over for failure to come to complete stop and was driving a truck that wasnt insured and had no tags on it" taking it to family to have it worked on" my truck wasnt registered yet in my name i bought it back in may i think and let it sit in driveway. anyways it got impounded. the tickets i got were failure to come to complete stop, no proof of insurance, driving with suspended licence " witch i didnt know it was suspended" no seatbelt, no tags.I heard the court is supposed to send a piece of paper saying my licence is suspended , i never got that letter due to the fact that i moved and the letter never got delivered to me.what options do i have if any

O.K., in the first place, the court does not send out any letters about the suspension of anyone's driver's license. The Department of Revenue does. And, they can only send it to the address that you give them. We all have an obligation to advise the DOR of our new address so that we will receive important Notices sent by the DOR. Anyway, you have some serious problems that you need an attorney to help you with., Please take my advice and hire an attorney. He or she may be able to get you out of the mess you have gotten yourself into. Good luck.
