Do i need an attorney to make my last will and testimony legal and binding.?

There are two main criteria to making your Will binding and effective; they are that it is written accurately and executed(signed and witnessed) correctly. There is no drapery requirement that e either be fine or supervised by Assn attorney. However, there are criteria to the drafting and executing, that a lay person would not likely be aware of. Therefore, I suggest that you use an attorney to already assist you with the wording of your still, and overseeing its recursion.
