Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

when my aunt and uncle past away, everything they had was left TOD to my name. My aunt died 19 months ago. My uncle died 6 years ago. Now a cousin of my aunts, is wanting to take some of what was left to me. does she have any right to it?

If your explanation of the facts is complete and true, nobody else has any right. How is she trying to "take" it from you?

If you aunt and uncle wanted you to have their property as reflected in the TOD designations, the property is yours. However, this does not mean that a person with $$ cannot find a lawyer willing to raise cane with you as that is always a possibility. I do believe they would have a very large uphill battle in any case. Good luck.
