Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My blood related great grandfather had an Indian artifact collection and an heirloom christening gown and I have reason to believe that the articles are now in the hands of a step great great grandson or he at least knows what happened to the things. Would I have any legal standing in a matter like this?

If it has been less than a year since your great-grandfather passed, you can petition to have a probate estate opened for him.
