I've sent off for a court disposition but was told it takes 10-15 days for it to get faxed, it's been over 3 weeks and I still have not heard back from the office;the last time I called I was hung up on by the clerk. I need some one to help me in this matter please.

Most Court Orders are public recoreds. You may need to hire someon in the county where the probate esstate is/was, to go and purchase a copy for you. They could then fax or snail mial it to you. Let me know what county it isma nc perhaps I can refer a law firm in that area.
