Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

I have durable power of attorney dated 3/2003 but a new will and testament was made on 5/2004. Is the power of attorney null and void now. This is in the state of Missouri.

Absent something highly unusual the making of a new will would not revoke a Durable Power of Attorney. They are generally operate independently of each other.
