Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

estate rep has allowed my brother to go through my fathers personal property and take what he wanted, refuses to make my brother stand accountible for the money he spent of my father to increase the value of his own home, refuses to produce the date of a CD bought with my fathers money only says that the CD belongs to my brother, this rep has , or it seems that he is ptecting my brother and letting him do as he wishes

This is a matter for you or yrou attorney to bring to the attention of the probate judge overseeing this estate. You might need to file an application and Motion to have the PR replaced. You may have to sue the PR for an accounting of the things that have been taken out of the estate.
