Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

living will

I am going into the hospital, I want to put my home and its belongings into a living will so my kids wont have to go thru probate court to have possesion. I called a lawyer, he wants 500$ I dont have 500$. What can I do?

I do not know what the other attorney agreed to do for $500, but there are many attorneys who will advise you on how to accomplish your goals and help you for less money. Hire a different attorney.
