can a partial distribution be made to an heir before a full settlemt is made?

If the persoanl representative in an unsupervised estate, opts to maek apartial districution, and there are no known objections for other putative heris or devisees, then a partial payment might be possible. If any of the above criteria are different, than a partial distribution might be less likely. Consult with the attorney representing the PR.
