Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Do I have any rights to my Grandmother's estate? My Mother is the sole heir and is trying to "give" my brother her house (With a TOD to myself and my younger brother.)

If your mother was your grandmother's daughter (ass opposed to daughter-in-law) it appears that you do not have alegal basis to control what your mother does with the estate. But, there may be facts you were unable to provide here, that could change the outcome. You should consult directly with a prabate attorney in your area.

Good luck
