Re: will and deed question

You can just prepare a beneficiary deed to transfer the home. This will avoid probating the house. However, a will is always a good idea to have. I offer a free one hour consultation if you'd like to talk more about your options. Please call me at 816.295.1253.

Thanks!

Re: will and deed question

You should consider doing a Beneficiary Deed. You should also be sure that you know the legal consequences of owning property as joint tenants or as tenants in common so that you can decide how you want your neice and nephew to take the property upon your death. Consult with an attorney.
