Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Wills and Trust
I have filled out a Revocable Living Trust that I purchased. Is it legal, binding, and will it avoid probate if I have it notarized? Also do I still need a will or is this the same thing?

Re: Wills and Trust
1. Probably not legal, binding or valid enough to avoid probate. You need an attorney to do this type of work! You don't know the difference between a Revocable Trust and a Will? And your trying to do this yourself in order to keep from paying an attorney? You are wasting your time and your money. You are also probably creating legal problems for those who come after.
